What is Kappa Theta Epsilon?

Kappa Theta Epsilon Sorority, Inc. is the first and only LGBT Greek-lettered organization founded for lesbian professionals and entrepreneurs.

Members span careers from marketing to education, the military and small consulting businesses.

Our founding tenets are:

SISTERHOOD

Sisterhood is the foundation of Kappa Theta Epsilon. Our members honor, support, and encourage one another to continually improve. Through KTE, you’ll have the opportunity to meet wonderful, dynamic women with similar goals.

FIDELITY

Women of Kappa Theta Epsilon are faithful to the Sorority’s ideals and creed. Being a member requires commitment to a vision bigger than yourself, and a desire to honor the highest of personal and professional values.

ACCOMPLISHMENT

The joy experienced when accomplishing a goal is difficult to describe. Success is even better when shared with others. Connecting with KTE women will inspire and motivate you to reach for greater heights — not just for yourself, but to inspire others to do the same.

SERVICE

Kappa Theta Epsilon offers every member the opportunity to give back through both signature programs and partnerships. We believe that we must “be the change we wish to see in the world,” and connect members with organizations in need of their time, energy, talent, and financial support.
