The start of a new school year is an incredibly exciting time. For faculty and staff, it’s an opportunity to continue a career doing that which they’re called to do – educate a future generation of leaders and equip them for success. For students, it’s a time to learn, grow, form and solidify connections with their peers.
Sadly, this exciting time isn’t happy for everyone. For an untold number of students, the start of a new academic year brings frustration and shame, due to an inability to acquire the much needed tools of success. Hundreds of children walk into classrooms daily without the materials necessary to maximize their learning potential.
Kappa Theta Epsilon is committed to helping these children reach new heights by providing area schools with a surplus of supplies for students in need. Through our “Stock Up for Students” Initiative, the Sorority will be providing school supply boxes and additional teaching supplies to an adopted school this September.
In order to help the most students possible, we are asking for your support.
100% of any donation given will be used to purchase materials that will directly impact the lives of metro area elementary students.
