In keeping with that vision, the creation of an official Sorority newsletter was reviewed over the first few years. During the winter of 2014, the decision was finalized. With the publication of the Spring/Summer 2015 Inaugural issue, The BEACON was born.
Designed to inform, delight and entertain members by sharing happenings both within and outside the Sorority, the BEACON serves as both a historical record and a clarion call toward greater collective achievement. Members are encouraged to send in submissions and share both Sorority and personal successes.
To be published quarterly, The BEACON is available now to all members via the myKAPPA portal. In keeping with the Plum Goes Green Initiative, print copies will only be available annually for the Winter issue.
